CX Versus UX

Over the years, I've discovered there is a confusion around Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX). The easiest way to think about CX is it's the measurement of interactions with company while UX is the measurement of interactions with products, software, and websites. CX is customer service oriented while UX is customer behavior oriented. Both are extremely valuable but they are using different techniques and have different focuses.
