Observations from the Real World

I recently worked with a colleague to create a blog post that gives a glimpse into observing customers out in the wild. The best way to understand how users are really operating applications is to see them using it out in their natural environment. After countless conversations, interviews and observations, we saw patterns emerge which ultimately led to creating steps that improve the usability of their system.
