CIA / MyFolio Admissions App

User Experience Research & Design
MyFolio

THE PRODUCT

The admissions director wanted the school to accept prospective student portfolios electronically. Prior to the project, a student would submit five examples from their portfolio in physical format (CD or print). If one of the items did not meet the school's standards, their application would be rejected. Usability testing was utilized to identify the best process to accept.

THE APP

The app allowed students to get a feel for the school and counselors to understand the candidate. It allowed to apply directly online rather than through the mail.
