A new local meetup group has been established to bridge the gap between Product, user experience (UX), Design, and Dev to build better products, faster together. Events will be held quarterly to network and share knowledge. Join us for our first event.

Hello, I'm Marc Majers. And I'm Ben Woods. We're excited to bring UXDX to Northeast Ohio for our first community event on Wednesday, February 18th. And the event's going to be held at Progressive Insurance over at the Discovery Building. And we are honored to have Craig Kistler join us for our first event. Craig, could you tell us about yourself and a little more about your presentation? Thanks, Marc. Yeah, Craig Kistler, I'm Senior Director of UX and personalization and experimentation at Signet Jewelers. I also run a side hustle doing exactly the same thing where my focus is looking at how to blend user experience with experimentation and on-site personalization to make a better experience for visitors no matter where they are in their purchase journey and my talk will kind of go into more details around that you know based on taking the data that we have on individuals and making their experience better. So it's not like this one size fits all website experience that we've been building for the last 20, 25 years.
