What is world usability day? It's a day to celebrate and cherish the effort of making thing easier to use. A product should not make you feel stupid when you use it or it's not usable. Why do you prefer one product over another? In each product you love there are qualities that make it better than another and user experience testing is what determines what to keep.
As Vice President of UXPA Cleveland, I had the opportunity to attend and assist organizing the 10th anniversary of World Usability Day. The usability event which started in Cleveland, Ohio as just an evening session a few years ago has grown in a full-day event featuring distinguished speakers from the user experience community.
