It was an honor to once again host World Usability Day at Progressive Insurance. Thank you to presenters Carol J. Smith, Ben Allenson, Kim Wengerd, Amanda Barr, Leigha Yancey, Sam Belina, Grace Piscura and Michael Landers for sharing their insights and expertise. I’d also like to thank Steve Hunder and Andrew Fabian for their support in keeping the event running smoothly.
I’d like to recognize Elizabeth Rosenzweig for organizing another successful event. I believe this marks the twentieth World Usability Day I’ve had the privilege of helping organize.
